Site visitors may choose to set up a user profile by providing a valid email address, username, display name, and password. Your email address and password are not shared in any way, including with other users. Your display name can be seen by other users if you choose to comment in the chat on the Live Stream page, and in the comments section of other Site content.
Messages you post in the Live Stream chat and the the comments sections of other content are available to other users. Please exercise caution when deciding to publicly disclose any personal Information.
The email address you provide when creating a profile will be used to send you a confirmation email. We may also use your email address to provide promotional materials and updates on products and services, and to contact the user.
Payment Data
In order to purchase a membership subscription or products offered through the site, you are required to set up a site profile and to provide certain information to our payment processor, CCBill. Personal Information includes the following categories of information: (a) your name, user name, and email address (“Contact Data”); (b) your zip code (“Demographic Data”); and (c) your credit card and/or account number (“Financial Data”).
While we do keep record of user purchases, CCBill does not provide us access to your financial data and therefore We have no ability to collect, store, or transfer that information. CCBill’s terms and privacy policy may be materially different from this Privacy Policy. Please read such policy as it will describe how CCBill treats your information.
Confidentiality and Security of Personal Information
Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will keep your Personal Information private and will not share it with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to: (1) comply with a court order or other legal process; (2) protect our rights or property; or (3) enforce our Terms of Service. Your Personal Information is stored on secure servers that are not accessible by third parties. We provide you with the capability to transmit your Personal Information via secured and encrypted channels if you use a similarly equipped web browser. You must promptly notify us if your credit card, user name, or password is lost, stolen, or used without your permission.

This Policy is current as of the Effective Date set forth above. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, and if we do we’ll post any changes, including any material changes, on this page, so please be sure to check back periodically.
